Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all reusable components like the Forever Eye Masks are safely tucked inside.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
